The Physical Tracking tab helps you manage and fulfill any collectibles that include physical items — such as prints, comics, merch, paintings etc.
Whenever a collectible with a physical component is purchased via your storefront or secured via auction, it will automatically appear here for easy tracking.
🔍 How it works
Find your orders:
Go to Creator Studio → Physical Tracking.
You’ll see two tabs: Unfulfilled and Fulfilled.
Each entry displays the collectible name, buyer, purchase date, and source (Storefront or Auction).
Contact the buyer:
Click Message User to reach out directly through DRiP.
You can confirm details like shipping info or delivery updates.
Mark as Fulfilled:
Once you’ve shipped the physical item, toggle the Fulfilled switch to mark it complete.
This helps you stay organized and keep a clear record of your shipments.
🧾 Quick Notes
The Physical Tracking tab only displays collectibles that include a physical item and were sold through your Storefront or Auctions.
Collectibles sent to an audience (like claim-based or airdropped items) aren’t shown here, since they don’t follow the same purchase and fulfillment flow.
You can always reference completed shipments anytime under the Fulfilled tab.
