New Store listings and the DRiP Storefront allow creators to set up listings for direct sale prices, very similarly to how other marketplaces function. With Buy Now, you can set the price in droplets, and a timeframe for which the collectible will remain available! The listings will then live inside the Store tab on creator channels!
NEW STORE:
When viewing a collectible you've created, you'll now see a 'New Store' button. This is where you will activate a listing with a direct sell price!
You can do this for collectibles which may have outstanding supply (e.g. perhaps some of your intended supply was not claimed via the leaderboard) or you can create new collectibles for fresh listings that can be entirely separate from your perks!
As long as you have supply available, you can list it! Just be mindful of how you advertise supply to ensure things remain consistent across the various methods you distribute!
Once you've clicked 'New Store', you'll find a page with various options.
- Scheduling the end-date for your listing (a countdown will be visible on the collectible)
- Setting a Purchase Price via droplets
- Setting an Original Price, in case you would like to display a markup / markdown
You will also notice in red text that the remaining supply available for your current collectible is displayed.
e.g. for a newly minted Ultimate, you have access to a total of 5 editions you can list!
Just below this you can indicate how many you'd like to list for sale, as well as indicate any details for Physicals if you are offering redemption of physical products!
Now, once you have this entered, where on earth will it be displayed??
STORE TAB:
Creators will now find a new tab on their channels, labeled 'Store'. This new section will be your gallery for displaying any collectibles you list with a 'Buy Now' price.
The view of these collectibles visibly displays your Buy price, available supply, listing timer and any markup/markdown details you've entered!
Collectibles with Physical Redemption available will also be clearly marked!
When you click to purchase, a window appears with the same information in further detail.
Purchasing is then instantaneous, and automatically reduces the remaining supply available!
Each user can purchase a single edition from the available supply, and will also receive the applicable XP!
Those who are late to the game will be greeted by a 'Sold Out' message 😭 but they can always hope for a secondary listing! 🤝
"FROM THE STORE"
This feed will display active listings from creators the user follows, sorted chronologically by those which are expiring soonest! This section appears on the Homepage under "Recent Collectibles"
