❌ Why can I not receive tips / thanks?

This commonly occurs when you've not yet activated your leaderboard.

To activate within studio, head to Settings > Payments > Edit Payout.

From this screen, tick the box labeled "Accept Say Thanks".

Once saved, your Perks and Leaderboard should then become visible on your channel, as well as the 'Thanks' button for users to donate to your page!
